Revisions requested after delivery will be processed within 2–5 business days of receiving clear feedback. Revision limits (number of rounds) depend on the package or contract. Additional rounds may incur extra charges — these will be communicated before work begins.
Any templates, strategy sheets, calendars, or downloadable assets included with a service will be provided as a direct download link or emailed file. Keep a local copy — we recommend saving important documents to your own cloud storage.
After we deliver files, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team (details below).
Because delivery is digital, there are no courier-related delays. However, delivery may be affected by:
